On March 24, 2023, Brainstorm Force released Spectra One 0.0.3, a beautiful and modern WordPress theme built with the Full Site Editing (FSE) feature. Brainstorm Force is also develops the 2021 and 2022 WP Awards winner theme Astra Pro.
It’s a versatile theme that can be used for blogs, portfolios, businesses, and more. Spectra One comes with a sleek and professional design that will make your website stand out from the crowd. It also comes with 20 different patterns. In its current early version, it supports the following two global styles.

Full Site Editing

What’s your take on the advantages and disadvantages of using the Spectra One them over Astra Pro when using Spectra? Have you heard anything about Spectea Pro?

I haven’t heard anything about Spectra Pro. The theme was just released and the version number 0.0.3 shows that it’s very early in the development. Astra Pro has been around for much longer, so unless you want to build a new site with full site editing in order to learn how FSE works and are willing to compromise, I would use Astra Pro instead.
