On November 9, WooCommerce 5.9 was released as a minor release with only small changes.
New Features and Changes
- WooCommerce Blocks updated to version 6.1.
- WooCommerce Admin updated to 2.8.0.
- Marketplace page got a redesign with a new look.
- Variable product price caching fix, that caused incorrect variable product prices to be displayed when VAT exemption was involved.
- Empty billing email via REST API is now possible.
- Unpaid order cancellation scheduling fix.
- Tax location when adding products via admin fix, previously the location for the taxes was being taken from the admin user, not from the user who performed the order when added via admin.
- Reverted a file name that prepended the
currency-info.phpfile name with a path inlocale-info.php. - Improved the handling of downloadable files.
